Refal-PHP System is intended for solving of varied problems,
concerned with computer algebra, artficial intelligence, analysis and processing of texts
and compound structure documents, in context of the Internet-technologies. This guide is addressed to users, including those ones, who first
are met with such words as Refal and/or PHP. There is all necessary information how to
get, to install and to work with the open source Refal-PHP System.
The guide consists of 4 parts and appendix,
which includes:

in details.
- Refal-PHP Functions Library , which
consist of finction descriptions, providing interface between Refal and PHP systems.
